Arena Rolling Out New Marketing and Partnership Campaign

With the hiring of Christina Pagella as the Arena's first ever Director of Marketing and Sales it also means the Arena is open for business at a level never seen before. There are now many levels where you can bring your firm in as a Partner with Amelia Park Arena and put your brand in front of thousands of eyes fomr throughout Westfield and the Pioneer Valley.   We look forward to the opportunity to discuss ways we can work together  to bring you to the Arena, inside or outside.

2019-2020 Sponsorship Opportunities

The following is a list, from B (Banners) to Z (Zamboni's) of what you can do as a partner with Amelia  Park Arena.  From major facility naming rights to beginner skater walkers, trash cans, light pole flags & garden sponsorships…Big or Small we can creatively shape a program combining the powerful marketing tools available at the Arena with you to bring your message and your brand to your audience.
Banners: These are available in three sizes (48”x96”, 84”x144” or 96”x192”+) and are highly visible throughout the arena to participants and cameras, all featuring a customizable layout.
Conference Room: Highly visible location at the entrance is busy every day with birthday parties, corporate meetings, and special events. Sponsorship includes naming rights, signage, significant online visibility and the room can be outfitted with meeting supplies branded with your logo.
Fan Zones: One is located adjacent to the Concession/ Skate Rentals and another is in the Arena.  A great place to sit back relax or watch the action on the ice. Sponsorship includes naming rights, wall decals, table decals, and more customized to your business.

Party Rooms: The spaces, designed as flexible party and event rooms, are used for birthday parties and other special events. Each room can hold up to 20 people.  Sponsorship includes naming rights, room signage as well as a significant online and programming presence.
Locker Rooms: There are up to five locker rooms available that are used daily by the thousands of skaters coming through the Arena.  Sponsorship includes naming rights, room signage, and tremendous name recognition by every skater at the Arena.
Team Benches/Penalty Box: Sponsorships are large and highly visible on the glass behind each bench and penalty box, some of the most frequently photographed parts of a rink.
Hockey Rink Dasherboards on Indoor Rink and Outdoor Dek/Inline Rink:  Sponsors will receive two dasher board panels in the rink of their choice which receive high visibility not only to participants and fans, but to cameras, including LiveBarn that broadcasts all events. 
Leagues, Events & Programming: The Arena is host to many leagues, events, and programming throughout the year. There are many opportunities to “own” a league or event  and all can be catered to a particular demographic or brand.
Zamboni: Be the exclusive sponsor for a new Zamboni ice resurfacer.
